As I’m using opera mini do I need to download any app to continue using good dollar and if there is an app is it necessary to have it

I don’t think so.
I guess you can browse on other browsers but the fact Is, the data readings that helps you to earn points on GoodDollar won’t be compatible with other browsers unless Opera Mini i think.
