Challenges Faced:
Throughout April, we encountered various challenges that required our attention and management:

•Face verification error: some of the community had encountered several twin verification errors however, we remain committed to support them and thanks to the dev team for their efforts to get these issues resolved.

• Spam and Bots: Our target is to maintain active engagements will real humans within the communities however, we noticed some number of bots and been putting efforts to remove and block them.

Despite these obstacles, we have remained committed to fostering an engaged and well-informed community through consistent communication, support, and motivational initiatives. Our ongoing efforts to address these challenges will continue as we strive to improve the overall GoodDollar experience for all members.

Community feedback and suggestions:

•Ecosystem Improvements: Community members have expressed a desire for enhanced ecosystem, as this would bolster their confidence in the project’s future fostering growth within the ecosystem and community.

•Improvements to the community initiatives: As the community continuous to grow and gain familiarity with the Initiatives, members suggested to modify and improve the initiatives as this would enhance engagements and participations.

•Enhanced community support and well-being: The community seek for an enhanced effort in fostering constructive engagements and support to help users experience the ecosystem seamlessly.

Next month’s goals and activities:

•GoodDollar Academy: Publish 1 new module.
•GoodDollar Academy Learn and Earn: Launch 3 Quizzes targeting about 150 participants.
•Community Chat: Supporting conversations on relevant topics with a target of
20+ contributors.
• Open GoodMarket.
•GoodStories.
•Host a themed Event/AmA.
•GoodNews updates.
•Increase in community growth and participation.
•Enhance community resilience, support and motivation.
•Maintaining a healthier community.
