This proposal seeks to formalize a compensation program for GoodDollar ambassadors, recognizing their vital contributions to the GoodDollar ecosystem. The program aims to incentivize continued growth and engagement within the GoodDollar community by providing fair and equitable rewards to dedicated ambassadors.
Background:
GoodDollar ambassadors play a crucial role in promoting and expanding the GoodDollar network. They dedicate significant time and effort to community outreach, user acquisition, and content creation. However, the lack of a formal compensation structure may hinder their long-term commitment and sustainability.
We propose a points-based compensation system for GoodDollar ambassadors, rewarding them directly for their contributions. Points will be earned through activities like new user acquisition, community engagement, content creation, and event organization. Points will be translated into G$ payments based on a fixed rate.
The total budget will depend on the number of participating ambassadors and their performance levels. A detailed budget breakdown will be provided upon approval of the proposal’s core concept. We anticipate that the initial budget will be 450,000 to 700,000 G$ per month, scalable based on program success.
The program will be implemented in three phases: Phase 1 (Month 1-3) will involve program launch, ambassador recruitment, and initial compensation distribution. Phase 2 (Month 4-6) will focus on program evaluation, adjustments based on performance data, and potential expansion. Phase 3 (Month 7-12) will involve continued program operation, refinement, and long-term sustainability planning.
The success of this program will be measured by an increase in new user acquisition, improved community engagement, growth in social media presence, and ambassador satisfaction. We will track the number of new users referred by ambassadors, monitor participation in community forums and events, analyze social media metrics (followers, engagement, reach), and conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge ambassador satisfaction.
This ambassador compensation program is crucial for sustaining the growth and engagement of the GoodDollar community. By providing fair and equitable compensation, we can incentivize ambassadors to continue their valuable contributions, ultimately leading to a more robust and successful GoodDollar ecosystem.
The appendix will include a detailed budget breakdown, an ambassador recruitment and onboarding plan, and a performance metric tracking system.
