Subject: Issue with exchanging tokens - Transaction failed
Hello Gooddollar support team,
I have been experiencing a persistent issue for about a month that prevents me from exchanging my tokens. Every time I try to complete the transaction, I receive the following error message:
“Approve transaction failed, please try again.”
followed by:
“insufficient funds for transfer”
Could you please help me check my account and identify the reason for this error? I am currently unable to perform any transfers.
