Challenges Faced:
Throughout July, we encountered various challenges that required our attention and management:
•Occasional bugs from navigating the ecosystem mostly when users are trying to swap from the GoodWallet and Mini Pay.
• Deleting and removing spams and bots: Our target is to maintain active engagements will real humans within the communities.
•Superfluid Claims issues.
•Gas fees issues.
•Ubeswap staking issues.
•Twin face verification issues.
Despite these challenges, we have remained committed to fostering an engaged and well-informed community through consistent communication, support, and motivational initiatives. Our ongoing efforts to address these challenges will continue as we strive to improve the overall GoodDollar experience for all members.
Community feedback and suggestions:
•A request for a roadmap from the community, showcasing the path of and future of the project and it’s development.
•Ecosystem Improvements and stability: Community members have expressed a desire for enhanced ecosystem, as this would bolster their confidence in the project’s future fostering growth within the ecosystem and community.
•Improvements to the community initiatives: As the community continuous to grow and gain familiarity with the Initiatives, members suggested to modify and improve the initiatives as this would enhance engagements and participations.
•Enhanced community support and well-being: The community seek for an enhanced effort in fostering constructive engagements and support to help users experience the ecosystem seamlessly.
•More integrations to the ecosystem.
•Added features to the GoodWallet to navigate new users to the GoodDollar Community.
•The community also urge the team on the need for community representatives (Ambassadors), to foster more engagements and widening the spread of GoodDollar UBI across the Globe.
