1. Week 1 Focus
The first week of August bridged the end of July and the start of a new month, with steady multi-topic support coverage. Dominant themes were MiniPay stablecoin gas education, persistent XDC swap route unavailability, and GoodMarket.live downtime carry-over. The week also included a scam warning response, a formal escalation to the team, full onboarding of a new user, and amplification of the GoodBuilders S4 Demo Day 2 event and the Welcome August message.

- Coordinated with team on publication assignments for Demo Day 2 (July 28) and Welcome August (August 1).
5. User Support & Onboarding
- Responded to 45 community questions and support requests (32 Main, 13 Support).
- Assisted 18 unique users across both channels (12 Main, 7 Support, 1 overlap).
- Delivered comprehensive MiniPay vs. GoodWallet gas mechanics education: MiniPay requires stablecoins (USDT/cUSD); GoodWallet/MetaMask/TrustWallet use CELO — clarifying why the same wallet behaves differently across platforms.
- Guided a user through the GoodReserve swap path (3-line menu → Swap → GoodReserve) as an alternative to Uniswap.
- Walked a user through the Celo G$ → XDC G$ swap flow, ultimately confirming XDC network had no available swap routes.
- Explained the Facebook vs. Google duplicate account issue: each login method creates a separate account; identity must be verified on one consistently.
- Delivered a full new user onboarding message (July 30): GoodDollar introduction, daily G$ UBI, GoodWallet link, and official documentation.
- Clarified G$ tokenomics to a user asking about higher payments, directing them to official documentation.
- Informed a user that the Learn & Earn Quiz runs on Saturdays, not daily.
- Guided a user through the wallet “Receive” function for incoming token transfers.
- Recommended identity verification be completed from a phone for reliability.
6. Recurring Issues Identified
- MiniPay stablecoin gas — Users surprised that CELO doesn’t work as gas in MiniPay; most educational topic of the week
- XDC swap route unavailability — No routes available; users advised to wait
